CONTINENTAL CUP COMPANY LLC is seeking an HR Manager to build and lead the HR function for a 50-employee manufacturing operation. You will design formal HR processes, drive talent acquisition across production and admin roles, and foster a high-performance culture with leadership alignment.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years in manufacturing HR, a willingness to advance to a management role, and strong knowledge of employment laws and benefits.
$30M Manufacturing Company | 50 Employees | High‑Growth Environment
Ready to step into leadership and build something of your own? We are a thriving $30M production and manufacturing company preparing to scale to the next level. With 50 dedicated employees across our shop floor and operations teams, we know our future growth depends entirely on building a world‑class workforce.
You do not need to be a manager today to apply for this role. If you are an experienced HR Generalist or HR Business Partner with deep HR knowledge, a strong work ethic, and the drive to step confidently into management, we want to talk to you. Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments is highly valuable, and bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are a strong plus to support our diverse team.
This is your opportunity to own the HR function, design our people infrastructure, and directly influence how we grow.
Create formal HR processes, compliance workflows, and performance management systems from the ground up.
Design and execute recruitment strategies to source, interview, and hire the production, technical, and administrative talent that will fuel our expansion.
Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and inclusive workplace where employees—from the shop floor to leadership—feel supported and engaged.
Partner directly with senior leadership to align HR strategy with overall business growth goals.
Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, onboarding, employee relations, and day‑to‑day HR support for a manufacturing workforce.
4+ years of progressive HR experience (Generalist, Specialist, or HRBP roles).
Experience supporting production or manufacturing teams, with an understanding of the unique workforce dynamics, safety considerations, and communication needs in a plant or shop‑floor environment.
A clear desire to step into a management role and take full accountability for the HR department.
Strong understanding of employment laws, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
Excitement about working in a smaller, nimble environment where you get to create systems rather than simply maintain them.
Ability to connect authentically with production employees and confidently present ideas to leadership.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and highly beneficial in our manufacturing environment.
