Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Kern County to lead all HR functions within a reputable agriculture company. This role requires proven HR leadership experience and a strong understanding of California employment law.

• Ensure compliance with California labor laws and company policies.
• Manage and mentor HR staff while helping scale processes as the company grows.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all day-to-day HR functions including employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and performance management
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development
• Oversee onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives across multiple departments
• Ensure compliance with California labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Manage and mentor HR staff while helping scale processes as the company continues to grow
• Drive improvements in HR systems, policies, and overall employee experience
