The Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) is a three‑year rotational development program designed to build future manufacturing HR leaders through deeper experiences and expanded business impact. Participants complete two 18‑month rotations that build HR expertise, business acumen, and leadership capability through progressive developmental experiences.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be prepared for manufacturing HR leadership roles across Owens Corning's network of plants and businesses throughout the United States.
Candidates with transferable experience from another function or industry who are interested in transitioning into a career in HR are encouraged to apply. HRLP provides the training, mentorship, and growth opportunities needed to succeed in HR.
Ability and willingness to relocate to Owens Corning locations is a requirement for the role. (Relocation assistance is provided).
