Job summary

Jacobs is looking for a Human Resources Intern to support HR initiatives and data analysis while learning from experienced professionals. You’ll help develop reports, presentations, and collaborative projects across the organization in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Human Resources, an MBA program with a concentration in Human Resources, or a Master’s degree program in Industrial‑Organizational Psychology.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and a results‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support live HR initiatives, programs, and processes.
  • Develop reports and presentations; analyze data.
  • Collaborate with teams across Jacobs on HR projects.

Here’s what you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Human Resources, an MBA program with a concentration in Human Resources, or a Master’s degree program in Industrial‑Organizational Psychology
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • A previous internship related to your field of study
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building abilities
  • Project management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working with Artificial Intelligence tools
