Qualifications

• Pursuing relevant degree for HR, psychology, business administration, or communications.
• Experience with data, reporting, or document management preferred.
• Prior administrative or office support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR projects and department initiatives.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and HR materials.
• Organize, maintain and audit HR files, records and documentation.
• Support record retention and document management activities.
• Conduct research and compile information for HR programs and projects.
• Assist with data collection, tracking, and reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist with training coordination, recordkeeping, and ETP-related documentation as needed.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Canva is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Prior administrative or office support experience is preferred
• Experience working with data, reporting, or document management is preferred

Safety & Physical Requirements

• Must comply with all safety standards and procedures

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times

Salary Range

• $22-$27
