Qualifications

• Must currently be working towards a bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or another similar major.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and strong communication with the HR team and ALLO employees.
• Ability to navigate the gray and adapt to changing work assignments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HR and IT onboarding teams to set up new hires for their first day.
• Communicate with candidates to ensure readiness and excitement for onboarding.
• Own the employee clothing process and manage uniform issuance and the clothing website.
• Maintain the badging system with IT and Hiring Managers for proper access.
• Distribute onboarding communications and support internal events and initiatives.
• Contribute to onboarding process improvements and HR projects.
• Interact daily with employees to deliver world-class HR service and support.

This teammate will join a talented and collaborative team of human resource professionals who will support them as they explore their interests in HR and take on new projects. This is a part-time spring internship with the possibility to extend to a full-time summer internship based on performance and business need. As an ALLO intern, you’ll gain real-world experience in human resources, exposure to how the Human Resources function impacts the employee life cycle, hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations, as well as mentorship, and development of communication, organization, and sales skills.
