Completing a military service contract and being eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program Demonstrating a strong understanding of telecommunications technology and the ability to learn new technologies quickly Possessing excellent communication and customer service skills Being able to work well in a team environment and support fellow team members Having the ability to adapt to new environments and situations, including working in a fast-paced and constantly changing industry Demonstrating a commitment to professionalism and following company policies and procedures Meeting any additional requirements specific to the telecommunications industry, such as holding a valid driver's license or obtaining certain certifications Maintains a positive open demeanor, encourages different points of view Demonstrates ALLO’s values: Local, Hassle Free, Honest, and Exceptional Other duties and responsibilities as per needs of the businessEDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent Currently serving in the United States Armed Forces and in good standing Approved by both the DoW SkillBridge Program and Company Commander for entrance into the program EXPERIENCE: Military experience related to telecommunications, human resources, construction, IT, or marketing preferred but not required SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES: Service Excellence Written and oral communication skills Working with MS Office Managing Multiple Priorities Decision Making Critical Thinking Presentations and Facilitation Training/Development High energy and engaging demeanor REQUIREMENTS: Raise objects up to 25 lbs.
