Job summary

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, Office of Human Resources, seeks a Human Resources Intern to assist with administrative projects and records management in Columbus, OH. This internship offers exposure to personnel processes, document control, and HR reporting in a government setting.

Primary duties include updating templates, indexing files in OnBase, archiving documents on SharePoint, and supporting HR staff with various duties.

Qualifications

  • Use checklists to assist in archiving electronic documents on SharePoint sites;
  • Generate HR reports and compile stats in bi-weekly report;
  • Support HR senior analysts and managers by providing administrative support on various projects as needed.

Job Description
