Green Bay Packaging is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and serve as a primary resource for employees and supervisors across all HR functions. The role manages processes through the employee lifecycle, ensures policy consistency, and provides backup payroll support to maintain accuracy.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of HR experience, manufacturing exposure is a plus, and SHRM/HRCI certification is preferred.
The Human Resources Generalist supports daily HR operations and serves as a primary resource for employees and supervisors across all HR functional areas. This role manages key processes throughout the employee lifecycle, ensures consistent application of company policies, and provides backup support for payroll processing to maintain continuity and accuracy. The HR Generalist partners closely with HR leadership, Payroll, and department managers to promote a positive, compliant, and wellorganized workplace.
