Job summary

Oetiker's Marlette facility is seeking an HR Generalist to support benefits, payroll, onboarding, training, and recruitment in a manufacturing environment. You will maintain HRIS and personnel records, enforce company policies, and complete monthly metric reporting while coordinating training sessions and exit interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related business field or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR systems and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with benefits and payroll.
• Schedule training and maintain training records.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.

Essential Functions

• Assisting employee regarding company benefits and payroll.
• Schedule employee training and maintain training records
• Assist with the recruitment and selection process.
• Maintain Human Resource Information System and personnel records.
• Complete new hire onboarding and exit interviews
• Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures
• Complete monthly reporting of key metrics

Program & Event Management

• Complete miscellaneous administrative items as needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Knowledge of HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, ADP and Novatime.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
• Strong oral and written communication

Education / Experience

• Bachelors Degree with emphasis in Human Resources or related business degree or equivalent experience
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred
