Job summary

CompleteRx is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support employees and leaders across our growing multi-state organization in a hybrid role. This position emphasizes partnership with operations and clinical leadership to cultivate a positive workplace experience.

You will lead benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor for teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 7+ years of HR experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required (preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years relevant Human Resources experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• PHR or SHRM CP certification required.
• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience ideally in a healthcare and/or multi-site/multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Experience coaching leaders and addressing employee matters.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
