The mission of the HR Generalist at ACES is to elevate the standards in the treatment of Autism by creating the best working environment for our employees through clear, streamlined and fair HR processes, policies and procedures.
The HR Generalist is responsible for consulting with and advising organizational leaders and employees on HR-related subjects. They act as the POD leader for a specific group of assigned locations, directing and overseeing the work of their direct reports. The Generalist anticipates employee, leader, stakeholder and related organizational needs, and they work across the HR function to deliver integrated solutions. Works with assigned leadership to adapt and apply HR initiatives and programs in a manner that supports the local business needs. Serves as the face of HR for their area, focused on developing business partner relationships.
