Job summary

Cheer Home Care in San Diego, CA is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist for a part-time role. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and policy compliance across the employee lifecycle to support a safe, high-quality care team.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years HR experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and is comfortable with live-scan clearance and TB testing. A flexible, parent-friendly schedule is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• SHRM or HRCI certification, preferred.
• 7+ years of Human Resources experience preferred.
• 3+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163).
• Ability to secure proof of negative TB results.

Wages: $40 plus an hour, depending on experience and industry knowledge. Set salary option depending on the number of desired hours.
