Position Details

  • Title: HR Generalist

  • Location: Morris County, NJ

  • Salary Range: $85,000–$110,000 annually depending on experience

Role Overview
Join a growing team as a versatile HR Generalist, responsible for supporting the full scope of human resources operations. This role plays a key part in fostering employee engagement, managing performance processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. We’re looking for someone proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally. Must have strong employee relations skills, benefits and payroll administration experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer benefits, leave programs (FMLA/disability), and performance cycle

  • Oversee performance management and talent development initiatives

  • Facilitate onboarding, training, and offboarding processes

  • Maintain HRIS records with precision and accuracy

  • Draft and update HR policies and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal controls

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR or related field)

  • HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus

  • 5–8 years of HR Generalist experience required

  • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and training

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. Paychex, Workday, ADP, SAP)
