Ensures compliance with policies and provide guidance to team members and supervisors. Oversee facility level programs to support employee engagement.**Duties / Responsibilities:*** Assist with policy interpretation, offer guidance to leaders and team members, and support ongoing compliance tracking* Support employee relations investigations and documentation* Deliver training and coach supervisors on performance management and corrective actions* Interview, select and lead onboarding & orientation activities and processes* Participate in the planning and execution of morale-building activities and recognition programs* Support the coordination and facilitation of all facility engagement activities (workshops, surveys, etc)* Ensure HRIS data integrity, assist with conducting transactions in Workday and complete compliance related forms and documents* Support change management efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree preferred* 1-3 years of HR experience* Working knowledge of employment law and HR systems* Strong communication and organizational skills* Strong attention to detail and confidentiality* Experience with HR Payroll/ Timekeeping systems* Microsoft Word and Excel experience* Trustworthy – capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential information* Must be able to communicate effectively and constructively with all levels in the organizationFull-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
