Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review, track, and document meal period violations, penalties, and edited timecard punches; coordinate with campuses to resolve issues.
• Ensure time punch accuracy in alignment with wage and hour laws (CA).
• Develop and track compliance metrics to assess policies and programs and identify improvement areas.
• Prepare HR compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing internal/external information.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits to maintain certifications.
• Track and analyze employment litigation claims and report findings to inform risks.
• Complete monthly HR metrics reports on turnover, demographics, and employee relations.
• Design, build, and maintain tailored reports and dashboards for HR data.
• Support HRIS administration and assist with policy project implementations.
• Provide training and presentations to managers and employees regarding compliance requirements.
