Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years' HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

This role will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions including employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, recruitment, and policy implementation.
