Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for our Pendergrass Fulfillment Center. You will handle benefits, payroll questions, and employee relations while championing our culture and values.

In this fast-paced role, you will interact with all levels of staff, lead culture initiatives, and drive process improvements. On-site Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Employee relations expert capable of investigations and coaching.
• Experience supporting a distribution center environment.
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing HR support for benefits, payroll, and employee relations.
• Serve as primary HR contact for the fulfillment center.
• Perform investigations and lead HR projects.
• Support recruiting and onboarding as needed.
• Assist HR team with special initiatives.

The Job at a Glance

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be helping our team members with all benefits, employee relations and payroll questions serving as a primarily point of contact for our Pendergrass Fulfillment Center. You are a culture champion and will lead and personify our culture.

Interacting with all levels of team members, this unique and fast-paced role will provide a challenging opportunity for the right person who strives to increase their expertise and knowledge base of Human Resources. A Typical Day

• Provide ongoing support and fast response to all employee relations inquiries that require deep subject matter knowledge (employee complaints, investigations, employee counseling and leadership coaching, leave of absence, exit interviews, etc.)
• Serve as a primary contact, for team members on all HR related questions (all benefits, payroll, and employee relations)
• Perform thorough investigations in a timely manner
• Lead a variety of projects and initiatives (culture events, wellness programs, HR reports, implementations, process improvement, etc.)
• Lead and facilitate through change management process
• Utilize HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce) and work management tracking tool (Jira) into day-to-day activities
• Provide recruiting support for the team as needed including sourcing, interviewing, hiring events and onboarding talent
• Assist Human Resources Team with special projects and initiatives
