Job summary

Health Business Solutions (HBiz) is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle across multi-state operations. You will partner with managers to implement HR programs, ensure compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, payroll support, and HR reporting. A bachelor's in HR and 3+ years in progressive HR roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in progressive HR roles.
• Experience in recruitment and recruitment best practices.
• Experience in a start-up or rapidly scaling business.
• Experience supporting multi-state or global employee populations.
• Strong background in multistate compliance.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
