Job summary

InRhythm is seeking an HR Generalist to support people operations across the full employee lifecycle. You will partner with managers to provide HR guidance, ensure compliance with employment practices, and foster an engaging, high-performing workplace culture.

Ideal candidates are organized and proactive, with experience in onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR process improvement while helping employees thrive in a fast-paced environment at InRhythm.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of progressive HR experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Experience supporting multiple HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding across multiple locations.
  • Support employees through lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, career development, offboarding.
  • Respond to questions on HR policies, benefits, payroll, and employment practices.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events.
  • Support compensation processes including salary changes and annual reviews.

We Are Looking for an HR Generalist!

The HR Generalist will support InRhythm's people operations by delivering exceptional employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle. This role partners with managers and employees to provide HR guidance, ensure compliance with employment practices, and help foster an engaging, high-performing workplace culture.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and people-focused, with experience supporting HR programs in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and HR process improvement while helping employees thrive throughout their careers at InRhythm.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Experience & HR Operations
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation for employees across multiple locations.
  • Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and employment practices.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.
  • Help administer performance review cycles and support managers with performance-related processes.
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers by providing guidance on policies and workplace issues.
  • Support employee relations matters, escalating complex situations as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist with investigations, documentation, and corrective action processes as needed.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and leadership to support compliance initiatives and audits.
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, employee communications, and vendor coordination.
  • Support compensation processes including salary changes, promotions, and annual review cycles.
  • Coordinate leave of absence requests and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Process HR transactions accurately within the HRIS.
HR Systems & Reporting
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports to support business and leadership needs.
  • Assist with HR process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.
  • Track HR metrics including turnover, headcount, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Support reporting and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Talent & Culture
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring activities and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Support learning and development initiatives, training coordination, and career growth opportunities.
  • Help foster an inclusive, collaborative, and positive workplace culture aligned with InRhythm's values.
Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and compliance.
  • Experience in IT consulting, technology, or professional services is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification is a plus.
