You will collaborate with site managers and support various HR functions including talent management, recruitment, and employee benefits. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, strong knowledge of HR policies, and preferably an educational background in human resources. Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or related role in dynamic environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and HRIS functionality.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industries is a plus.

We are looking for a high-energy, talented and motivated professional to join our Human Resources team as HR Generalist for our USA Site in Concord, Ohio. If you’re passionate about shaping culture, driving transformation, and supporting both people and business, this could be your next big step.

What You’ll Do

• Partnerwith Site Managersand employees, acting as HR operational advisor with understanding of business needs across Research & Development, Manufacturing and other functions.
• Support leaders by providing guidance on Compensation, Talent Management & Learning, Hiring & EmployerBranding, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and integration principles in full alignment with HQ HR.
• Support recruitment efforts and performance appraisal activities and coordinate the associated workflows.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR to understand both current and long-term businessstrategy, identifying opportunities for HR to create value.
• Support the implementation of the HR operating model, optimizing organizational structures in line with global standards.
• Maintain accurate employee and organizational data within the HRIS system.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors on workforce-related initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits and programs and serve as a resource for employees.
• Promote and sustain company culture across national and international sites.
• Organize and coordinate employee and community events and recognition programs.
• Embody Olon-USA valuesand serve as a true brand ambassador.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or in a related capacity in dynamic, business-driven environments.
• Strongknowledge of HR policy, HR operations, and HRIS functionality.
• The abilityto leverage analytical and experiential insightsfor decision-making.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownershipof assigned duties.
• Excellent abilityto consult, facilitate, and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Strong changemanagement capabilities and passion for driving cultural evolution.
• Fluency in English (writtenand spoken).
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SHRM Certification is a plus.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or Chemical industries is a plus.
