Key Tasks
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
- Process employee changes, including status updates, promotions, compensation changes, transfers, and terminations.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support compensation administration and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) maintenance.
- Generate HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the People Operations Manager with employee relations matters, investigations, and offboarding activities.
- Support performance management, employee development, and talent management initiatives.
- Maintain the performance management system and assist managers throughout the performance review process.
- Develop employee and manager training programs, materials, and curricula.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and Engagement Committee activities.
- Administer and coordinate the Frequentis USA Onboarding Buddy Program.
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities as needed.
- Assist with compliance reporting requirements, including EEO-1, VETS-4212, AAP, and other government reporting obligations.
- Assist with immigration and visa processes for employees, assignees, and international transfers.
- Coordinate and support health and safety initiatives, including facilitating the Health and Safety Committee and promoting a culture of workplace safety.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and department initiatives.
- Support other HR-related duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing and supporting organizational changes and cross-functional projects.
- Ability to coordinate, communicate, and execute change initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working within a global organization.
- Experience supporting government contractor compliance requirements.
