HD Supply is seeking an HR Generalist to support a fast-paced operation at our City of Industry facility. You will provide HR counsel on staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, and associate relations.

The role requires 3+ years HR Generalist experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution, proficiency with Workday and Kronos, and bilingual English/Spanish. Willingness to work a 3PM-12AM shift and strong communication are essential.

We’re seeking a HR Generalist to support a fast‑paced, complex operation, partnering closely with associates and leaders at our City of Industry facility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a late shift (M-F 3PM-12AM)
• 3+ years HR Generalist experience within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution environments

Job Summary

Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process. May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support or professional personnel.

Work Environment

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Education and Experience

Pay Range $77,000.00-$113,500.00
