The Role

:We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our administration team. This role is crucial in supporting HR operations across the company and ensuring all staff work in an atmosphere that fosters mutual respect and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities
  • s:Support HR operations across all areas, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relation
  • s.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulation
