Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert to support store teams with talent processes and guest-centric service. You will help recruit, train, schedule, and ensure compliant HR practices in a fast-paced environment.
As part of the HR team, you will collaborate with store leaders to anticipate staffing needs, handle basic payroll tasks, and maintain positive team relations while upholding safety and ethics. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a welcoming attitude.
$19.00 USD per hour
