Job description

About the Opportunity: A New Chapter with MML Hospitality

Nestled at the base of Aspen Mountain, the iconic Mountain Chalet Aspen is preparing to throw open its doors once again! Launching across October and November 2027, we are completely revitalizing this 1954 landmark through a massive $100M modern luxury transformation.

Operated by MML Hospitality—acclaimed for creating some of the country's most vibrant, design-forward restaurants, retail spaces, and boutique hotels (like New Orleans' Hotel Saint Vincent and New York's Nine Orchard)—this project blends historic alpine soul with MML Hospitality's signature elevated style.

Supported by MML's robust home-office resources, you will have the unique, career-defining opportunity to design the talent acquisition strategy, shape the company culture, and build a world-class team of 100+ hospitality professionals from the ground up.
