Windsor Laurelwood Center For Behavioral Medicine located in Willoughby, Ohio, is seeking a Human Resource Director to join our leadership team. The HR Director will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that enhance workforce effectiveness and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, a minimum of five years of progressive HR management experience, and possess professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM-SCP.

The HR Director position is an integral part of the leadership team reporting directly to the CEO. The role leads the delivery of workforce strategies and drives the effective implementation of key HR programs, policies, and practices. The HR Director works with other business leaders as a business partner to drive recruitment, employee relations, coaching, performance management, employee engagement, and all other HR areas. The HR Director helps build a dynamic employee culture where employees are engaged and find long-term career success.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required.
Professional Certifications: PHR or SHRM-SCP
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility as a Human Resource Manager.
