Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to executives, senior leaders, and employees, driving organisational effectiveness, talent strategy, employee engagement, leadership development, and culture. You'll have a seat at the table on key business decisions, partnering with leaders to navigate change, build high‑performing teams, and foster an environment where people can do their best work.
Success in this role requires sound judgment, confidence influencing at all levels, and the ability to navigate complexity with agility. You'll combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach, delivering thoughtful, practical solutions in a fast‑moving, deadline‑driven environment. You'll also collaborate closely with News Corp HR colleagues to leverage best practices while ensuring solutions are tailored to the unique needs of the New York Post.
$160,000–$175,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
Note: This role will be required to report on‑site to our Midtown, NY location 4 days per week.
