JOB PURPOSE

Our New York school is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Director to serve as a trusted advisor to school leadership and a champion for our people and culture. This role offers approximately 20 hours per week (around 4 hours per day) and is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on in a close-knit environment.

Reporting directly to the Principal , with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Regional Human Resources Director , the Human Resources Director is a key member of the School Senior Leadership Team. The role is also supported by Nord Anglia Education's experienced US Shared Services Team , providing expertise and assistance in areas such as payroll, benefits administration, HR systems, and employee lifecycle processes.

This is a highly hands-on HR leadership role . Working within a small team environment, you will be involved in all aspects of the employee experience, including:

KEY RESULTS AREA

Key Duties

This is a highly hands-on and collaborative HR leadership role within a small school environment. While working in matrix organization with the Regional HR Director, Regional HR Team, and US Shared Services Team, the role requires the successful candidate to actively manage both strategic and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring an exceptional employee experience and consistent execution of all people processes at the school level.
