The City of Denton, TX is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to serve as its next Human Resources Director.

Reporting to the City Manager, this executive will lead a comprehensive HR portfolio, including talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, organizational development, HR administration, safety, and risk management. The Director will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while helping shape workforce strategy, strengthen organizational culture, and position Denton as an employer of choice.
