You will manage recruitment, ensure legal compliance, handle labor relations, policy implementation, investigations, and compensation analysis while overseeing benefits and payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of four to 10 years’ related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the food service industry a plus.
• Bi-lingual HR professional (preferred).
• Strong effective communicator.

• Adheres to federal and state employment laws.
• Responsible for labor relations, collective bargaining and contract interpretation.
• Assists in Human Resource policy development and implementation.

• Conducts wage and salary analyses to assure competitive compensation in the food service industry.
• Manages all aspects of employee benefit programs and participate in the yearly benefits renewal analyses and vendor selection process.
• Oversees Health, dental and life insurance programs.

Job Summary
