Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day foodservice operations, manage a team, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring profitability and service quality for hospital patients and visitors.

You will collaborate with the chef and management team to implement culinary programs, drive excellent dining experiences, and lead initiatives that align with the client's goals and Morrison's standards.

Qualifications

• BS Hospitality degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice management experience required.
• Dining experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial and business acumen.

• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.

Job Summary

Working as the Director of Dining Services you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Foodservice operations. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:
