Job summary

Centinela Hospital Medical Center in Inglewood, CA, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks an HR Coordinator to manage new hire paperwork, background checks, drug screening, and I-9/E-Verify processing. You will handle status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and approvals in the HRIS, maintain licensure reports, assist with recognition programs, and help employees with general HR questions.

This temporary, dayshift role requires strong communication, Microsoft Office skills, 2–3 years HR

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; college degree desired.
• Two to three years of HR related experience
• Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
• Previous Human Resources experience is required.
• Microsoft computer skills required.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $25.70 to $31.97. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
