InterDent Service Corporation, a leading Dental Service Organization, is hiring an on-site Human Resources Coordinator in Vancouver, WA to support HR records, HRIS data, onboarding, and benefits administration across multiple states.
The role focuses on data accuracy, confidential handling of information, and collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, and field teams to deliver efficient HR services.

This position is primarily onsite and based in our corporate office in Vancouver, WA.
$22 - $26 per hour
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration of HR systems, employee records, and routine HR processes across the organization. This role is responsible for HRIS data entry and data maintenance, workflow processing, reporting, compliance-related recordkeeping, onboarding and offboarding support, and general HR administrative coordination.
The Human Resources Coordinator also provides first-level support to employees and managers on routine HR, HRIS, and employment-related questions while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure the accurate, timely, and confidential handling of HR information and processes.
As a member of our HR support team working in partnership with teams in the field, a service mindset and a focus on solutions are essential to success in this role.
