• Associates Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines or equivalent H.R. experience
• Three years of HR or clerical experience.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must have proficient computer skills.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• SWS- by Agilysys experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to always carry a calm and professional demeanor.
• Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with customers, team members and vendors.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
• Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of background investigation and drug screening.
• Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies and attends all necessary meetings .
• Assist in other projects and duties as requested.
