McDermott Will & Schulte in New York seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support the Firm’s global HR processes and data management across offices worldwide. This role ensures timely HR tickets and accurate employee data handling in a shared services model.
You will own onboarding, data entry for hires and changes, assist with compliance trainings, HRIS troubleshooting in Workday, and support performance management and timesheet audits, while safeguarding confidential information.

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the Firm’s global HR processes and data management, handling a variety of administrative and employee support tasks in a shared services model. This position supports employees and HR colleagues across all offices worldwide and ensures HR tickets/requests are completed accurately and on-time. The Human Resources Coordinator ensures best-in-class service when supporting assigned teams and when responding to requests and questions from attorneys and business professionals.

Target Hiring Range $65,000 - $70,000

Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWS provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
