$24 - $25 per hour depending on qualifications and level of experience.

This position will work a total of 20-25 hours per week between 8am – 5pm; specific scheduled hours may be proposed and planned with the selected candidate.
The HR Coordinator at MACC supports a variety of human resources projects and administrative functions that help out the 20+ member organizations thrive. Responsibilities include compliance reporting, employee documentation, job description creation, engagement initiatives, workplace training support, and HR records management. This collaborative, mission‑driven role works closely with our HR Business Partners (HRBP) to support employees, supervisors, and organizational partners. The position is primarily remote with occasional on‑site meetings and visits, Monday through Friday.
