Job summary

Quince is seeking an HR Coordinator in Las Vegas to support day and night warehouse operations. You’ll manage timekeeping, onboarding, records, and HR inquiries with accuracy and service focus.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, HRIS fluency, and flexibility for 24/7 coverage. Experience with hourly populations in warehouse or manufacturing environments is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for associates’ HR-related inquiries, escalating to HRBPs or leadership as needed.
• Own timecard administration: correct errors, support managers with approvals, and maintain compliance with wage/hour rules.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes (badges, system access, paperwork collection, orientation logistics).
• Maintain employee records in HRIS with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting to support workforce planning.
• Assist with investigations, audits, and compliance reporting by preparing documentation and maintaining files.
• Provide administrative support for engagement activities, training logistics, and recognition programs.
• Act as a consistent HR presence, alternating across both day and night shifts, ensuring associates have accessible support.

THE ROLE

At Quince, our mission is to deliver premium quality at radically fair prices while building an inclusive and empowering workplace. Our warehouse operations run 24/7, and HR support must keep pace. The HR Coordinator will provide tactical, frontline support across both day and night shifts, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, accurate workforce records, and timely assistance to associates and managers. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lifting up to 25 pounds
• Standing and walking throughout the entirety of your shift
• Bending, twisting, or kneeling may be required throughout the day for lifting or maneuvering objects

Pay Range: $59,726 - $61,057

All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.
