PTC is a leading manufacturer of welded and drawn steel tubing and components. The Inventory Control Coordinator will manage inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and collaborate with production and procurement to optimize stock levels.

Office-based with occasional plant exposure, this role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems to maintain precise records and support logistics in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

We offer the following:FREE HealthcareHSA optionDentalVisionLife InsuranceDependent & Spouse Life InsuranceShort Term & Long-Term DisabilityCritical Illness & Accident coverage401K plan with company matchReferral BonusAnnual college scholarship available for children & grandchildren of PTC employeesTuition Reimbursement eligibilityEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.Review and audit employee timecards prior to payroll submission.Process payroll adjustments including bonuses, deductions, and retroactive pay.Administer wage garnishments and required payroll deductions.Maintain accurate HRIS data and reporting within Paycom.Generate payroll and HR analytics reports (headcount, PTO, overtime).Maintain personnel file integrity and compliance documentation.Assist with onboarding, I-9 compliance, and employee records.Serve as a point of contact for payroll and HR inquiries.Support benefits administration and HR initiatives.Assist with audits, reporting, and department projects.The incumbent is expected to understand that all employees have a shared responsibility for the quality of products and related services provided to our customers. Duties are to be carried out in accordance with the PTC Quality Management System and its policies, procedures, and work instructions.Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; Minimum 1-3 years of HR or payroll-related experience preferred.Qualification RequirementsTo perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty with competence and professionalism. The Inventory Control Coordinator will spend part of their time seated at a desk performing computer-based tasks, with the remainder spent walking, standing, and physically inspecting inventory in both warehouse and outdoor yard environments.Duties include:Standing and walking for extended periods, including outdoors in varying weather conditionsReaching, handling, and operating inventory-related tools and equipmentRegular use of hands for data entry, counting, and handling materialsEffective verbal communication in both office and field settingsOccasional physical activities may include:Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling to access inventory stored at different levels or in confined areasLifting and moving items weighing up to 25 poundsVisual requirements include:Close and distance visionColor and peripheral visionDepth perception and the ability to adjust focus as needed for detailed workThe ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed footwear, is essential when working outside the office or in designated safety zones.PTC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
