Reporting to the Associate Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for employees, including staff, faculty, and students visiting or contacting the HR office. This position supports the HR department by responding to general inquiries, directing employees to the appropriate HR contact, and assisting with day‑to‑day administrative tasks. The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient HR operations and delivering a positive employee experience.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the job.
Spanish‑speaking candidate is preferred.
Human Resources Certification (e.g. PHR, SHRM‑CP) preferred.
This is a regular status, full‑time, benefits‑eligible, non‑exempt position.
The regular hours of this position are Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm. Hours may vary due to the needs of the College or department.
Hourly rate range: $22.50‑$24.50. The hourly rate of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
