Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator processes new hire paperwork, background checks, coordinates drug screens and completes the I9/E-Verify. Will process status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and all other changes and get all appropriate approvals before processing in the HRIS. Maintains licensure and certification reports to maintain compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards. Processes evaluations and keeps personnel records up to date. Assists with hospital recognition programs and assists employees with general Human Resources questions.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  2. Three (3) years of Human Resources experience preferred.
  3. Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
  4. Strong computer and data entry skills required.
  5. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.00 to $33.31. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
