JOB DESCRIPTION:
BTIG seeks a hardworking and motivated professional to join our HR team as a Compensation and Analytics Vice President in the New York office. This pivotal role involves overseeing a broad spectrum of compensation elements including base salary, variable compensation, deferred compensation, and commissions. The successful candidate will display a proactive approach, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across business leadership, Human Resources, and Finance departments to ensure compliance and effective execution of compensation strategies. Additionally, the ideal candidate will also be responsible for the management and analysis of compensation data.
