Job summary

National Beef seeks a friendly Human Resources Clerk at our Liberal, KS plant. You will support daily HR tasks, data entry, attendance tracking, and receptionist duties while maintaining confidentiality and a professional attitude.

English/Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus; previous meat-packing plant experience is preferred. This is an on-site, safety-sensitive role with a focus on accuracy, customer service, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Computer proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Data entry experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good attendance history.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tracking daily plant wide attendance and disciplinary records
• Completing daily reports
• Must pay close attention to detail while maintaining a professional/positive & motivational work attitude
• Provide translation as needed

• Daily interaction with hourly and Management employees
• Communications with both internal and external departments
• General Receptionist Duties
• Filing as required

Responsibilities

Human Resources Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Tracking daily plant wide attendance and disciplinary records
• Completing daily reports,
• Must be able to pay close attention to detail while maintaining a professional/positive & motivational work attitude
• Provide translation as needed
• Answering Phones
• Data entry
• Daily assistance/interaction with hourly and Management employees
• Communications with both internal and external departments
• General Receptionist Duties
• Filing as required
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule will vary based on Human Resource Office needs.

This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.
