What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as an HR strategist for assigned client groups, aligning HR solutions with business strategies
- Develop and utilize trend analysis to drive effective human capital strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Five (5) years of professional human resources experience, including two (2) years in a core HR functional area or as an HR Generalist
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or other HR-related certification within one (1) year of hire
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an academic medical center or similar complex organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with federal and state employment laws, as well as internal policies and procedures
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices
- Competent use of personal computers and office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
