Qualifications

  • Ability to influence decision-making and manage difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide guidance and support to business leaders on key HR areas such as talent management, performance management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to create and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, foster a culture of engagement and retention.
  • Conduct investigations for employee complaints, harassment, and discrimination allegations, and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all levels of the organization to ensure a strong HR presence.
  • Partner with legal counsel to develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects as assigned, including organizational design, change management, and talent development.
  • Coach and mentor managers on HR best practices and provide training on HR topics as needed.
  • Work closely with the HR Operations Team to facilitate the seamless execution of all employee-related requests from the business.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives and strong employee relations experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-driven, take initiative, build strong relationships with business leaders, and effectively influence decision-making.
  • Able to facilitate difficult conversations as well as mitigate and/or resolve conflict.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • MS Office 365 core applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • HR certification such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and manage change effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive HR strategies.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
  • MS Office 365 core applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Compensation

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the anticipated annual base salary for this position is:

  • Zone 1 (Bay Area, NYC): $120,400 - $144,400
  • Zone 2 (CA, NJ, NY): $110,300 - $132,300
  • Zone 3 (All others): $100,300 - $120,300

The applicable salary range is based on the employee’s primary work location. Individual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and other business-related factors.
