Circle Health Group is a leading private healthcare provider in the UK with a nationwide hospital and clinic network. We seek an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the team and drive operational HR strategy across sites.

This 9-month fixed term contract requires travel to hospital sites as needed and offers competitive salary with benefits. The role is remote with Head Office oversight, 37.5 hours per week, and collaborative leadership across HR functions.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification and experience in a similar role.
• Proven senior-level business partnering experience.
• Experience applying change management in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of HR policies, ER case law, interviewing, performance reviews and coaching.
• Experience handling complex ER cases.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Able to handle ambiguity, set direction and energise teams.
• Results-driven with a track record of delivering targets.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work across multiple sites.
• Healthcare sector exposure is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Operational HR Strategy as a key member of the Senior HR Operations team.
• Address HR challenges across the business in short, medium and long term.
• Support outsourced ER model through Peninsula and advise on complex ER cases.
• Use insights to drive changes in people management practices.
• Advise on people implications of organisational change including TUPE.
• Drive longer-term workforce planning and talent management.
• Build the capability of staff across the organisation.
• Gather intelligence on best practices to inform senior management.
• Be a trusted partner in delivering the HR agenda.

Human Resources Business Partner
Head Office - Remote (Travel to hospital sites as and when required)
37.5 Hours & Fixed Term - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Circle Health Group is Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.

We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team of staff in the Human Resources department.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to travel to hospital sites in line with business requirements.

This role is for a fixed term period of 9 months only.

Duties of this role include:

• Working as a key member of the Senior HR Operations team delivering the Operational HR Strategy throughout the business.
• To address HR challenges across the business focusing on short, medium, and longer term.
• To support the successful delivery of the outsourced ER model through Peninsula, providing advice on complex ER cases.
• To use business insights to drive change in people management practice.
• To advise on the people implications of organisational change, including TUPE.
• To drive longer term workforce planning and talent management.
• To build the capability of people throughout the business.
• Proactive intelligence gathering of good people management practices so issues can be raised to senior managers who might otherwise be unaware.
• To be a trusted partner in the delivery of the HR agenda

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• CIPD qualified, with experience in a similar role.
• Proven business partnering skills at a senior level.
• Experience of effectively applying change management skills in an environment influenced both by internal and external change.
• Knowledge of Human Resource policies, ER case law, tools and techniques, including interviewing, conducting performance reviews, performance coaching and formal HR processes.
• Experience of dealing with/advising on complex ER cases.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Able to cope with a high degree of ambiguity, identify a clear direction and engage and energise individuals.
• Results driven, possessing a proven track record of delivering against targets.
• Effective team working skills
• Ability to travel regularly
• Experience of multi-site environment
• Experience of the healthcare sector would be advantageous but not essential
