Creation Technologies in Milwaukee, WI seeks an HR Business Partner I to support site leadership and the HR Director, delivering day-to-day HR services across Wisconsin and Minnesota, with travel to other regional locations as needed. The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner I plays a key support role within the HR function, working closely with the HR Director to align people’s practices with business goals. This role provides day‑to‑day HR support to site leadership and team members at our locations in Wisconsin and Minnesota and will also travel to other locations within the region as needed.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel office equipment, objects, tools, or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 5 pounds, and occasionally up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, mid‑range vision, and the ability to adjust focus to facilitate using a computer. Must be able to focus on multitasking and managing overlapping priorities. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential and non‑essential functions of this job. This position typically works on‑site but may be a hybrid with approval. The working environment is generally clean; however, the position may be exposed to occasional dust, metals/solder, high noise levels from operating machines, or physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts. The employee must wear designated PPE and/or electrostatic dissipative protection where required. Otherwise, office/business casual attire, consistent with site specific safety guidelines, is appropriate.
