Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support two-campus operations with ~800 employees. You will align HR strategy with business goals, coach leaders, manage employee relations, and drive engagement across the organization.

Reporting to the Facility Manager or VP of HR, this hybrid role combines strategic initiatives with operational HR duties, including onboarding, performance management, and compliance, to foster a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in relevant work, 1 year must be in HR department required.
• Occasional/Intermittent Travel Required

• Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategies.

Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary And Qualifications

Provides strategic HR and talent support to leaders and employees across a two-campus HCA Healthcare facility with nearly 800 employees. Reporting to the Facility Manager or VP of HR, this role partners with leaders to foster a positive workplace culture, support employee engagement, and address employee relations matters. Leveraging HCA Healthcare policies, programs, and resources from HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services, this position serves as a hybrid HR Business Partner and Coordinator, delivering both strategic and operational HR support.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategies.
• Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.

• Collaborate with leaders to implement workforce solutions, improve team effectiveness, and address organizational challenges.
• Coordinate employee programs, engagement activities, and community involvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle processes to deliver a positive employee experience.
• Assist with talent development, performance management, and leadership development programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment practices, and regulatory requirements, including leave administration and workers’ compensation processes.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR programs, policies, and processes.
• Track, interpret, and report key workforce metrics to support business outcomes.
• Provide HR support during emergency and disaster response situations as needed.
