Flint Hills Resources (FHR) Pipelines and Terminals are seeking an HR Business Partner to join the FHR team! This role provides a unique opportunity for an HR professional who is interested in expandingtheir influence, developing leadership capabilities, and growing into broader responsibilities over time. As a member of a small, high-impact HR team, this role offers significant exposure to business and HR leadership and provides opportunities for professional growth.
This role will report to the Human Resources Director on a team of three while being part of the broader FHR HR team spread across Minnesota, Texas, and Kansas. This role is on-site at the refinery located in Rosemount, Minnesota (about 30 minutes from Minneapolis), and does require 25% travel to support pipelines, terminals, and business operations throughout the Midwest. FHR has over 3000 employees, with refineries in Minnesota and Texas and Pipelines and Terminals throughout the U.S.
For this role, we anticipate paying $85,000 - $130,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
