• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and compliance.
• Support multiple business locations by delivering consistent HR programs, policies, and best practices.
• Coach managers on talent development, conflict resolution, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Help drive recruiting, onboarding, retention, workforce planning, and HR initiatives that support business objectives.

This hybrid role is based in Port Charlotte, Florida, with a schedule of four days in the office and one day working from home. The ideal candidate is a strategic HR professional who enjoys partnering with operations leaders, coaching managers, resolving employee relations matters, and helping build a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
